I've been working in a Chinese restaurant in Sussex Street, near Chinatown, from Thursday to Monday, from 11pm to 2am. This time is very hard but it's my first job in Australia.
Sometimes I'm very tired. Sometimes I need to do other things. However, I'm organizing my time during the week to make everything fit in together. And here I am writing now.

In the restaurant, I'm the only non-Chinese employee who is working there. I think the Chinese don't trust other people at first. I, for example. Only after three weeks working hard for five days a week, the chefs started talking to me. Their English knowledge is basic, in spite of their time here, more than ten years. All the employees usually speak only in Chinese, except to me. However, I would prefer think of this situation as a challenge for me.

My job is, basically, dish washing and it's very busy on Fridays and Saturdays. On other days it isn't as busy as Fridays and Saturdays. If it rains, the restaurant'll be quiet.

After three weeks monitoring this situation, I've had a great idea. If the restaurant makes special discounts on non-busy days to, for example, foreign students, the restaurant will have more people. If the restaurant has more people, it'll get more money, i.e., it'll have a good business. And it will make the most of its situation.

I'd like to have a good business too. In the end, I didn't study Marketing and Advertisement in Brazil just to bring gifts about my knowledge to my boss.

For that I need to study the case, the present situation. What the competition have done about similar case, which opportunities the owner's restaurant haves and how much the business' owner can gain.
I must look for the values per hour the Marketing Analyst can earn, which jobs and how long will be spent on each job. With these values, I need to estimate a good price to offer my services, how long time I will present a good strategy and over how long time this investment will be paid back.
