Todo mundo precisa de visto para o Brasil?/Does everyone need visa to visit to Brazil?

I was talking to my friend Hataya by MSN and I told her that she doesn't need a visa to visit my Country.
She answer me so surprised and ask me why.
It'a really easy to answer to this question.

Hataya is from Thailand and her Country doesn't need a visa to Brazilian citizens to come there under 90 days here. So, the Brazilian government doesn't require visa to Thai citizens. It's just a reciprocal agreement between Government of Brazil and other Countries.

Bellow, you can know some examples of Countries with the same situation:
-South Africa
-Spain
-Israel
-Italy
-Czech Republic
-Turkey
-South Korea

However, Australia, USA, Japan, Mexico and Russia need a visa to come here.

You know, USA requires a lot of documentation to Brazilians to obtain a visa. You don't have idea how hard is to the American tourist when they come to the Immigration section in the Brazilian airports!
